Ideal applicants will want to grow within the role and we offer BVRA training to support this! **Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Welcoming clients and their pets upon arrival + Answering the phone in a polite, clear and empathetic manner + Ensuring all enquiries at resolved efficiently + Managing the diaries effectively and ensure the smooth running of vet and nurse consults + Assisting with administrative duties including answering email enquiries and online booking requests. **Personal Specification** + A valid driving license is required.
