Client Care Coordinator
Description Our client is in need of a Client Care Coordinator to join their tea.! This role is based in San Antonio, Texas, 78229. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be pivotal in providing top-notch care and customer service to patients and maintaining strong relationships Responsibilities: • Coordinate care services for patients, ensuring their needs are met effectively. • Utilize CRM and About Time systems to manage and update patient records. • Respond to inbound calls from patients, resolving their inquiries and concerns. • Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless healthcare experience for patients. • Manage budget processes and ensure adherence to financial guidelines. • Maintain an organized calendar and schedule for patient care activities. • Leverage your knowledge of home health agencies to improve patient care processes. • Provide exceptional customer service in a call center environment. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. • Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and other stakeholders. • Provide leadership and motivation to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or customer service environment • Proficiency in CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data • Experience with 'About Time' software for effective time tracking and project management • Ability to handle inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with budget processes, with an ability to manage financial resources efficiently • Expertise in calendar management to organize and schedule appointments • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and effective interactions with clients • Experience in a home health setting or familiarity with home health agencies is preferred • Previous experience in a call center customer service role is highly valued • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on meeting the needs and expectations of clients • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
