Overview A Client Engagement and Communications Manager oversees client accounts, focusing on delivering effective communication and marketing strategies. You'll ensure timely project execution, driving success for both the client and agency. This role suits someone skilled in building strong client relationships and managing multiple projects efficiently. How you'll make an impact Client Delivery: Coordinate and assist clients with planning marketing and communication strategies, setting goals and objectives, and establishing timelines. Actively participate in client calls and lead discussions during meetings, particularly on communication and marketing materials you are responsible for. Conduct regular client reviews to optimize communication strategies and improve ways of working. Develop, implement, and manage marketing project plans in collaboration with clients. Initiate and promote continuous improvement of communication procedures, processes, and standards to enhance cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on communication and marketing needs. Meet regularly with clients’ teams to plan and progress communication activities. Support the growth of our communications offerings by identifying opportunities to expand client engagements. Relationships: Build strong relationships and manage day-to-day account, project, and stakeholder management for effective communication project implementation. Brief creative teams clearly and concisely, ensuring they fully understand the client’s communication requirements and have a written brief. Assist in the coaching and development of junior team members, such as Account Executives and Account Managers. Administration: Complete and distribute weekly client status reports during active projects. Complete and distribute contact reports within 48 hours of a client meeting. Ensure all projects have a statement of work approved by internal stakeholders and the client. Create case studies to showcase successful communication projects. About You Technical Knowledge Competent technical specialist in internal communications or marketing, reward and benefits. Specific experience in project management, problem solving skills, sound judgement, strong decision making ability, confidence to make difficult decisions Excellent communication skills Experience Creative agency, marketing, communications, consultancy or HR communication experience required.
