Client Communications & SharePoint Administrator (Summer Internship)

GWx touches the lives of every Vanguard employee every day. This position will support the communications on strategic initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

Identifies internal communication needs.  Creates the process of developing new content and updating or altering existing content.Creates and updates SharePoint pages in accordance with Vanguard standards. Serves as a consultant to internal management and crew to proactively develop integrated communication strategies, including suggestions for appropriate audience, channels, and time frames. Recommends creative solutions to ensure successful crew change management. Measures and evaluates the readership effectiveness.Leads the design and implementation of communication solutions. Conducts needs analysis, configures the message, determines the target audience, designs communication plan and strategy. Partners with the business area to deliver on solutions.Adheres to Vanguard standards for business writing (e.g., Wordswabbing, Intellectual Property, Brand Consistency). Ensures that copy is clear, concise and accurate.  Identifies and executes appropriate messages and approaches, maintains a writing style suitable for the audience, and develops copy that meets business objectives.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

General Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Office software, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Proficient SharePoint and Power Apps skillsIndependent, goal driven, self-starter, and team player.Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work across multiple functions, and manage multiple priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Solid organizational skills required.Demonstrated ability function in a fast paced, ambiguous environment working with multiple and diverse responsibilities.
