Overview Under the direction of regional Client Concierge team leaders, the client concierge drives growth by linking metric analytics and promoting Gallagher’s robust tools to retain accounts, train producers and account teams on Gallagher’s tools and resources, showcases Gallagher’s resources to prospective and current clients, assists sales teams on new business strategy. Tools identified for further training come from corporate directives, regional initiatives, analytical reports, as well as meetings between with producers, and client service teams. The client concierge shows sales teams how to maximize existing benefits to current clients, and touts Gallagher’s value, thereby empowering Gallagher’s regional and local sales teams to meet and surpass sales goals. How you'll make an impact Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Delivery of Gallagher’s Value Proposition to clients and prospects by: Ensuring timely execution of quality Strategic Review’s and Executive Summaries for designated accounts through direct engagement and support of the producer and account teams Expertise in Gallagher’s core tools (Gallagher Drive, Gallagher STEP, eRiskHub, Gallagher RiskMap, Gallagher Forecast, Gallagher Insight, WIN, and Gallagher Verify) commonly utilized by clients, prospects, and account teams. Assist in the support of Production, CSO, and BOR teams on new and renewal business opportunities such as RFPs and presentation development Assist in the onboarding of new clients by introducing and integrating them into Gallagher’s tools and resources Awareness of the value that each tool or resource listed in the CORE360 toolbox provides an organization and serve as a steward to who can be a resource should the tool/resource need to be applied. Assist production in the development and implementation of sales campaigns. Work with team leaders to identify a tool or resource to become the Regional and/or National Subject Matter Expert on Stay apprised of tool functionality and be available to assist other teams across the region and or Gallagher when called upon Develop an plan to increase targeted adoption of assigned tool Communicate regularly with the CORE360 National Team and attend monthly check-in meetings to learn about new tools and resources within the CORE360 framework. Niche Engagement for the Northeast region Develop and maintain Strategic Review templates for identified branch areas of expertise Attend Practice Group meetings and work with leadership to disseminate information/action accordingly Assist producers & BOR team on all opportunities within their niche Work with Niche Executive Sponsors on regional Niche Leadership, including but not limited to Regional Meetings, communications, data stewardship & analytics and marketing campaigns Actively participate in internal sales and other similar meetings and keep branch apprised of latestCORE360 or other relevant news. About You Required: Bachelors’ degree and 3 years relevant experience in Sales Enablement and/or Product Marketing, Proposals, Operations, Business Process, Program Ownership and Business Development experience required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Preferred: Demonstrated success in a deadline-driven environment. Experience in positioning content and materials in the pursuit or retention of business. Experience in explaining complex concepts, ideas and solutions for processes, products and capabilities to a wide range of audiences. Ability to be in office on daily basis Willingness to commute to NJ North & South offices with occasional travel to other offices within the region. Comfortable giving presentations to large and small groups of people both in person and virtually Detail oriented Strong Time Management Skills Self-Motivated Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance 4 Year College degree Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Work Traits: Strategic thinker and problem solver with hands-on approach. Outstanding communication, facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to influence others. Possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
