Client Consulting Analyst Job ID 202038 Posted 25-Jan-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Research, Risk Management, Sales Support Location(s) Basking Ridge - new Jersey - United States of America **About the Role:** As a CBRE Client Consulting Analyst, you will assist in the preparation of providing strategic insight to client portfolios through research, data collection, and data management for the development of deliverables. This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments. **What You’ll Do:** + Assist in preparing financial information and additional data for a range of deliverables. + Build strong relationships with internal client teams to understand data sets and their relevance to real estate targets. + Manage and develop dashboards for client team. + Develop robust knowledge of key client metrics, provide data points to client team as needed, provide quality control and review of all data shared with client team. + Support development of basic evaluations related to specific initiatives. This includes market overviews, and benchmarking. + Gather documentation in various formats and research industry best practices. + Document cost savings from regional initiatives. + Assist in budgeting process for capital and operating expenses as required. + Assist in creating compelling documentation and deliverables, often for executive presentations. + Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Ensure the quality of your work. + Follow standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Exchange information, ask questions, and check for understanding. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make informed judgments. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Experience with data analysis software (e.g. Tableau) preferred but not required. + Strong organizational skills paired with an inquisitive mindset.
