Data Steward (Client 360)

Purpose: Support the day-to-day activities to ensure C360 data governance is designed and adhered toKey Requirements: include active and regular participation in Client 360 project activities, including but not limited to:Use Case Requirements Gathering sessionsBusiness Requirements Document (BRD) development and reviewsWeekly status review meetings (joint with Xerox and primary partner/vendors such as Cognizant (CTS) and Salesforce)Definition, review and approval of Account Hierarchy structures to ensure design meets business requirements and is flexible and extensible to meet future Use CasesParticipate in Data Model Review discussions, engaging business SMEs, data source owners, and other stakeholders when necessary for validationsParticipate as a Key Xerox Business Stakeholder in project milestone reviews and required Xerox signoffsReview Profiling Summaries to include validation of Data source systems; attributes and data dictionary descriptions; filtering conditions; and data quality rules to correct and normalize data as its ingestedOwn and work to completion Data Quality issues that should be corrected in the source systems by working with Xerox source system owners and/or through Data GovernanceResponsibilities:

Data Management (incl. Policies and Procedures)Revise, execute and enforce Data PoliciesUpdate ProceduresProvide data subject matter expertiseDesign and curate data products, reports, etc.Quality:

Candidate Requirements:

High level of literacy in all data-related concepts (data sources, structure, attributes, definitions, catalogues, modeling, data lifecycle, etc.)Ability to effectively bridge and play an interface role between the business and technical/(XDX) sides of the company.Preferred - Working knowledge of Xerox organizational structure globally (GTMUs and key business functional areas that have touchpoints along various parts of the customer journey)Professional work experience in Master Data Management/Data Governance requiredExperience working in a global, multi-national, multi-cultural company in a matrixed environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, able to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audiencesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated experience in project management and organizational managementProven track record managing complex, large-scale projects with overlapping resource requirementsProven ability to work in distributed systemsAbility to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple prioritiesConfidence in presenting to senior management and colleagues in non-technical languageAbility to build rapport and influence leaders to drive transformation and best practices across the client data lifecycle.#L1-AR1#Ll-Remote
