Client Dedicated Technical Infrastructure Analyst
Overview Job Purpose The Client Dedicated Technical Infrastructure Analyst role is designed to act as a senior technical contributor ensuring that client’s business and technical needs are met across the ICE Mortgage Technology suite of products and services. This position will be responsible for being a technical consultant, focusing on ICE and client technology, infrastructure, and integrations that exist now and into the future. Other product support, such as BDE, MWS, APIs, Event Notifications, and ICE SSO may also be needed as the client focus requires. Responsibilities Understanding client across all products lines as it relates to their specific function, with a focus on Network Infrastructure. Participate in projects of a technical nature and provide input/guidance as it pertains to ICE products and connectivity. Acts as liaison to client IT for operations, capacity planning, network design, strategic discussions and change review for project related activities. Help client with the use of technology to improve / achieve business goals. Understands customer’s short term and long-term projections for growth Helps with Production Support issue where escalation is needed. Devises and/or modifies processes and procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and to solve the most complex business process problems Acts as team leader for technical aspects of consulting projects, leading sub-plans, or small projects. May mentor, guide, advise, and/or check the work of less experienced team members Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment and deliver within tight schedules May require travel Performs other related duties as assigned Knowledge and Experience Understand functionality of Snowflake, Cloud and Kafka Ability to lead meetings relating to technology projects or concerns Understanding of NDM file transmission protocols and connectivity Familiar with Mainframe (3270) and TSO Understand security principles and vulnerability protection Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors) Willingly shares relevant knowledge and expertise to other resources Schedule This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week. #LI-SF1 Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
