Client Delivery Lead
Job Title- Sr. Implementation Engineer Location- Bangalore As a Senior Implementation Engineer you will be responsible for the technical delivery of client solutions. This is a varied role with a mixed skillset where your most important ability is adaptability. You are able to write and review code in a variety of languages such as C#, Python and TSql and can use your excellent grasp on software engineering principles to educate and guide consultants on best practices delivering software. You understand why CI/CD is important, and what makes a good pipeline. With the backing of experienced application teams you will take the lead in the delivery of implementation phase of client projects, including environment provisioning, application deployment & configuration, development of bespoke enhancements & features. Working collaboratively with a range of teams and specialisms you will progress projects through implementation, testing & acceptance with clients and manage operational handover. You will develop relationships with external and internal support/IT teams and instil best practices for supporting Tyche solutions. Responsibilities + Developing Build Systems: Creating and improving automated build systems to compile, package, and test software efficiently. + Version Control Management: Overseeing version control systems (like Git) to maintain code integrity and facilitate collaboration among developers. + Release Management: Orchestrating the release process to ensure smooth and timely delivery of software products. + Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, integration, and deployment of code changes. + Troubleshooting and Debugging: Resolving build and deployment issues and ensuring the stability of the build environment. + Collaboration: Working closely with development, QA, and operations teams to align on build requirements and deployment strategies. + Tooling and Automation: Identifying and implementing tools and technologies that improve the efficiency and reliability of the build and release process. + Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation for build processes, tools, and configurations + Monitoring and Optimization: Monitoring build and release performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing processes for improved efficiency. + Security and Compliance: Ensuring build and deployment processes adhere to security standards and regulatory requirements. Skills and experience that will lead to success Required skills + Development experience in a CI/CD workflow + Git + One of: Python, C# + TSQL This is a varied role but candidates should have strong experience with at least one of the following: + Azure + Azure DevOps pipelines + Test automation (cypress preferred) + Octopus deploy.
