We are currently seeking a Client Delivery VP, Large Accounts to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Client Delivery Executive

This role is to manage and oversee service delivery processes as well as working on client management, handling strategic alliance with all needed stakeholders. The person responsible for overall health and performance of assigned accounts from all perspectives like client, finance and delivery. The CDE role will focused on one large $75+ million dollar complex account and will report into Practice Delivery Management organization. 

Location:  Remote within North America.  Preference is US.

Travel:  Will need to be able to travel to client site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Successful delivery of defined scope of services in partnership with Practice Service Delivery Leaders

• Responsible for overall delivery and margin on large multi-tower or pooled multi-tower accounts

Handles client engagements and provide service delivery leadership, governance and builds reference-ability

• Manages critical projects, customer engagements and/or business processes

• Creatively and strategically supports key business objectives

• Accountable for client satisfaction

• Ensuring productivity, pyramid alignment and overall performance of account delivery

Expectations

• Respective Practice teams own the accountability to provide qualified people and quality services

• Receive support from all teams on handling the deliverable issues and improvement appropriately

Basic Qualifications

• 15+ years IT industry experience

• 10+ years of account experience managing technical infrastructure

• 10 + years of Infrastructure Management experience preferably managing across multiple technical disciplines

• Experience managing in a matrix management organization

• Advanced influencing and communication skills.

• Advanced client service skills and leadership capabilities.

• Advanced knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies.

• Excellent analytical / problem solving skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent budgeting, business financial and P&L skills.

• Ability to develop comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans

Basic Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience acting as the Client Delivery Leader managing an infrastructure for a client account of $100mm +

• 15+ years IT industry experience

•  10+ years of account experience managing technical infrastructure

•  10 + years of Infrastructure Management experience preferably managing across multiple technical disciplines
