Client Development Manager
About This Role We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Client Development Manager to support our Client Partners in delivering high-impact solutions and building strong, lasting relationships with enterprise clients. This role blends aspects of project coordination, client engagement, and strategic account development, offering a unique opportunity to learn and master the fundamentals of consulting, sales, and client service. The ideal candidate will be a team player, highly collaborative, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to roll up their sleeves while they learn our business. What You Will Work On Account Administration: Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, ensuring key stakeholders are always aligned. Collaborate closely with Client Operations and Talent teams to track and maintain up-to-date records of contracts, consultant requests, and the processing and coordination of ongoing needs. Oversee the Client Partner’s schedule, action items, and to-do log, ensuring priorities are met. Draft letters, meeting notes, and other communications as needed. Engagement Coordination: Pull together reports and analytics related to client engagements, such as run rates and budget tracking. Maintain engagement timelines and key deliverables, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Presentations & Proposals: Support the creation and tailoring of client-facing presentations to meet specific needs and objectives. Assist in proposal development, ensuring content is clear, compelling, and aligned with the client’s goals. Work Orders: Draft, review, and finalize work orders in collaboration with legal, operations, and project teams. Account Management: Assist in the preparation and follow-up for internal account meetings. Coordinate regular check-ins with consultants to maintain engagement quality and identify potential risks or opportunities. Client Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date org charts and contact information. Gather, compile, and organize client intelligence, including known client initiatives or projects. Conduct research on client news, industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging solutions. Drive needs analysis to anticipate and respond to changing client requirements. Strategy Execution: Map key initiatives to client goals and identify potential touchpoints. Build targeted contact strategies and prepare meeting agendas with clear talking points and messaging. Follow through tactical action items to keep momentum on strategic objectives. What You Will Bring Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Philosophy, or related fields is preferred. 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, sales, engineering, or project management. Proven track record in coordinating complex projects, managing stakeholder communications, and meeting deadlines. What You Can Expect All Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
