Client Director - Corporate

The Client Director will effectively manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring that their risk management and insurance broking needs are identified and met. You will be responsible for developing existing clients and driving the business development strategy for new opportunities whilst contributing to the overall growth of the portfolio.

 

The Role

The Client Director will be responsible for the achievement of the corporate budget and growth targets, servicing clients at a Client Director level. 

Implement and review client service delivery including holistic discussions on Risk and Retention strategies as well as multiple tier client contact for all qualifying accounts  Obtain formal client feedback annually for all qualifying accounts  Leverage best practice from across WTW to deploy within the team Represent the voice of the client both internally and within the teams when decisions are made regarding process, approach and future strategy Ensure that every client has an agreed service plan and that client advocates implement every aspect of the plan Pro-actively meet the annual new business target Involvement in selected new business exercises and major projects Generation and participation in new business opportunities that contribute to the continued growth of the team Maintain and develop a strong relationship with insurers Apply WTW Client Service protocols and compliance procedures

The Requirements

Level 5 QualificationsPreferably degree qualifiedExtensive insurance broking and/or industry experience Proven technical skills in coverage and wording reviewExcellent understanding and technical proficiency of claims management processesExperience with the placement and servicing of complex and multinational clientsYou will have attained all regulatory licenses, permissions and technical or other requirements applicable under local legislation
