Client Engagement Manager
Job Title: Client Engagement ManagerJob Description The core focus of this role is to bring in new clients, build and sustain long-term relationships, and understand and pitch our company's value within the market. Responsibilities + Reach out to new clients, starting at the property manager level. + Maintain constant contact to build new customer relationships. + Attend weekly organizational meetings. + Complete daily reporting. + Schedule client meetings and prospect by driving around. + Update and work on the Exteriors elevator pitch. + Provide regular market updates and maintain a general understanding of the multifamily market. Essential Skills + 2-3 years of sales experience in construction, medical sales, or staffing sales. + Basic experience with Microsoft Excel. + Prior experience presenting projects or topics to a team or clients. + Valid Driver's License. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Sales and customer relationship management. + Proficiency in presentation and communication skills. + Experience in sales presentation. + Knowledge of field management, HVAC, and electrical systems. + Ability to meet sales goals. + Customer service experience. Work Environment This is an onsite role, with 50% of the time spent on the road. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with the ability to meet clients after hours if needed. You will be joining a family-owned company that has been established for 30 years, working with a team of individuals who have been with the company for 20 years.
