Our client, an automotive focused supplier is seeking a Client Engineering Specialist to join their team. You will be part of the customer support team providing assistance for client requests. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, have great communication skills, and attentiveness which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Client Engineering Specialist
**Location:** Olive Branch, MS
**Pay Range:** $25.00-28.00 per hour
**What’s the Job?**
+ Respond to customer requests via phone and/or email
+ Provide technical support based on client requests
+ Use internal systems, databases, and technical references
+ Use SAP S4 HANA for database activities
**What’s Needed?**
+ Customer support experience from an engineering or technical environment
+ Adaptability to seek out information to provide to customers
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Self-driven to accomplish targets and provide assistance
