Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Client Executive 2 for 12 Atrium Health accounts in the Charlotte, NC area. 

 

The Client Executive 2 will have direct oversight of salaried managers.  Our ideal candidate will be a strong leader with exceptional leadership skills to drive patient satisfaction, employee retention and employee development

 

The successful candidate should have strong financial acumen, talent management, communication skills and front-line leadership, in addition to a demonstrated track record of developing strong client relationships.

 

You have:

Experience in food services operations management as well as working in multiple sites.Knowledge of latest trends and innovations to drive client valueTrack record demonstrating strong leadership skillsAbility to build and develop a strong teamStrong organizational skillsClient relationship skillsStrong communication skills and ability to interact from frontline to C-suiteBusiness development skills to identify and successfully target growth opportunities among existing clientsFinancial and creative problem-solving acumen
