Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive-Food & Nutrition Services for Yale New Haven Health located in New Haven, CT.

 

Must Have:

5+ yrs. healthcare food service experience5+ yrs. direct report management experience

 

 

What You'll Do

The successful candidate in this role will:

Manage 400+ union employeesManage all food service operations at Yale New Haven’s York Street Campus (1,000 patient bed service program with 6 retail locations) and indirect oversight of St Raphaels Campus (510 patient beds, 2 retail locations with bedside dining)Report to the Client Executive II, Be responsible for operational excellenceBe responsible for multi-site contract managementBe responsible for KPI attainment, client and Sodexo budget creation and adherenceBe responsible for c-suite relationships at the local hospital and health system level; andBe responsible for overall coordination and delivery of Sodexo's programs and high standards for this prestigious client organization
