As a Client Financial Services Representative, you'll hold a key role in posting and reconciling client and insurance payments. Experience in Cash Posting or Accounts Receivables is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in posting payments and reconciling accounts.Data Entry: Proficiency in entering financial data quickly and accurately.Customer Service: Handling inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts.Communication Skills: Clearly communicating with team members and other departments.Proficiency with Accounting Software: Familiarity with software like Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving discrepancies in accounts.Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GEDExperience or knowledge of insurance billing/collection practices, requiredFamiliarity with CPT and ICD-10 codingKnowledge of EFTs, EOBs and basic understanding of medical and insurance terminology, required
