The Client Analytics & Lead Finance Officer Team - Production Risk & Control Senior Vice President is responsible for developing and enhancing governance of client financials. This role is focused on the risk & control for the production elements of client financial data including system flows, aggregations, and manual adjustments. The overall objective is to drive efficiency improvements, additional transparency, and control, as well as ensure alignment with Citi standards and compliance with key regulatory requirements. In fulfilling this mandate, the role will collaborate closely with owners of the production processes, governance and control partners across Finance, Independent Risk Management and Internal Audit.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate proven ability to work together with multiple stakeholders across a variety of disciples. The candidate must be able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment without close supervision and with colleagues who may not be in the same geographic location. 

Responsibilities:

Contributes to the integrity and control of company’s Client financial books and records as well as the process by which these records are generated.Participates in efforts to embed consistent controls and unify various client financial processesResponsible for strengthening the independent controls and the control environmentSupport in the definition the governance and control requirements and framework for target state client financials, including policies and proceduresDesign and implement an integrated policy structure and governance framework for all aspects of the production of client financialsStructure and conduct workshops with senior stakeholders across Finance, Business, and Technology to agree on interim and end state governance and control requirements to achieve client financials programBuild partnership with Finance COO and global/regional FP&A, Capital, Treasury, Risk, Strategy, and business stakeholders for their participation in the design and implementation of governance requirementIdentify and enhance key controls and ensure monitoring tools are appropriate and effective to identify control deficiencies.Provide support during regulatory and audit engagements of Client financials as neededLead preparation of materials to governance and control forums (e.g., BRCC)

Qualifications:

10+ years relevant experienceExperience within financial servicesExperience establishing governance frameworks and processesProficient Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPointKnowledge in additional systems including Oracle, Essbase, and SAPConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster’s degree preferred

$115,840.00 - $173,760.00
