Overview

We are seeking a positive, team oriented candidate to provide exceptional customer service as they represent the Support Center to operations while processing transactions, responding to questions, and contributing to a dynamic team environment. Responsible for accurate and timely processing of resident trust account requests from operation/field to ensure availability of funds and maintain appropriate transaction records to maintain compliance with external reporting requirements including audit. 

Responsibilities Follow standard operating procedures and escalate any uncertainties to Sr. Associate and Supervisor for directionMaintain accurate, organized, and current records for all client trust fund requestsDeposit all funds received by individuals per company policy/practice and regulations and work with the Business Manager/Office Coordinator to ensure deposit requests are closed out timelyReview all withdrawal requests to ensure appropriate approval per policy prior to processingCorrect and coach operations on compliance and process requirementsUpon proper request, verify availability of trust fund monies and communicate with operations on any discrepancies. Perform data entry for client fund accountsComplete assigned work and meet productivity standardsPartner to assist as needed in projectsIdentify process improvement opportunities and advocate for change with SupervisorOther responsibilities as assigned Qualifications 3 years of related experience in general office experience; data entry, accounting, accounts payable, collections, medical records, or audit preferred3 years of computer experience including Windows applicationsExperience with a computerized accounting/bookkeeping or electronic health record systemEffective communication skills and well-developed problem-solving skillsExceptional attention to detailResponsible use of confidential informationProficient computer skills to include email, word processing, and spreadsheet applicationsAbility to manage/prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated and collaborative team player About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary and integrated home- and community-based pharmacy and health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
