Our team is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Client Implementation & Adoption Manager. This pivotal role focuses on the initiation and upkeep of robust client connections, particularly for our KinderCare At Work clients, driving growth and fostering long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will bridge communication between clients and field leadership, offering continual service advice and strategic recommendations to help craft and advance employee benefit solutions, including employer-sponsored childcare centers. Additionally, this manager will be instrumental in welcoming new client engagements and fostering the integration of innovative childcare benefit programs. The role also involves bolstering KinderCare At Work's ongoing client contracts and renewal processes, building and maintaining strong relationships with key organizational leaders, and providing dedicated corporate support across the client portfolio.

Responsibilities: Orchestrate new client onboarding and promote adoption among field leaders.Work closely with internal teams for flawless client relationship initiation and maintenance.Aid the Business Development team in acquiring new client partnerships and chip in to the finalization of sales deals.Handle the entire client contract life cycle, from engagement to issue resolution and renewal.Collaborate with various departments to ensure service delivery and adherence to contractual obligations.Assist field leaders in crafting strategies to improve center performance and meet client-specific objectives.Offer regular client consultations and reports on center usage and financial health.Conduct financial audits in collaboration with the accounting department, including budgeting and client financial assessments.Supervise contract renewals, ensuring compliance and successful continuation of services.Consult on KinderCare's comprehensive services, including employer-sponsored childcare and other program offerings. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or comparable experience.Expertise in B2B client relationship management.A track record of improving client accounts through up-selling and cross-selling.Experience in service/solution delivery.Familiarity with the childcare sector is advantageous.Competence in handling sophisticated client interactions with integrity.Adaptability to change.Excellent communication and policy interpretation skills.Organized with adept time management.Computer proficiency and mastery of Microsoft Office suite.Willingness to travel up to 30%.
