Kforce is working with a growing technology firm (SaaS based) near Maplewood, NJ. We are looking for a Client Implementation Leader to direct our team responsible for onboarding new mid-market and enterprise customers onto firms' SaaS products and services platform. The firm is also open to hybrid or remote (they are flexible!) Summary: As the Client Implementation Leader, you will provide day-to-day and strategic leadership to our eleven-person (and expanding) Onboarding team. You will be responsible for applying expert knowledge of the implementation and project process, provide strategic direction, make decisions, and solve complex problems to move the business forward while managing an integrated team of Project Managers, Onboarding Managers, and Data Conversion Specialists. You will be leading the team and playing an active role in their growth and development while ensuring each team member is operating at the highest level. Duties Include: * Own the end-to-end client onboarding journey, from contract signing to platform go-live; This includes overseeing implementation, data transformation, and ensuring a seamless handoff to the support team for maximized client success * Create, maintain, and implement departmental best practices, policies, and procedures * Prioritize and manage the implementation project pipeline and schedule to ensure on-time delivery * Provide direct leadership and guidance to the Onboarding team, provide leadership, coaching, training, and mentoring * Work closely with the team to obtain our client's unique business requirements and goals for implementation * Develop and manage staffing plans, ensuring proper support and coverage for all implementation activities and organizational commitments * Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Product, and Learning and Development for onboarding processes
