In this role, you will:
Supply Chain Solutions (‘SCS’) is one of the key growth target areas for the GTRF product line within the CMB and GBM sectors and includes both the Payment Agency and Reverse Factoring products.
One of the key success factors of SCS programmes is the ability to market the benefits of the Supply Chain program to targeted suppliers in an effort to monetize each program, and ensure a great onboarding experience with the bank, followed by proactive management of program utilization.
The Supplier Marketing/Onboarding Manager will report into the Regional/In-country Head of Supplier Marketing/Onboarding with a dotted line to the Regional Head of Solutions Implementation. The Supplier Marketing/Onboarding Managers are responsible for conducting SCS portfolio analysis and supplier program management; to ensure that Supplier activity and utilisation is maximised for any deal assigned. The role holder will co-ordinate with regional and in-country Solutions Implementation teams to establish a supplier engagement and penetration strategy for their assigned Supply Chain programs. This includes the marketing of SCF programmes to their suppliers for all SCS programmes globally. The role will have accountability for complying with and executing on GTRF’s Supplier On-boarding strategies and contributing to building associated best practices, including the formalisation of Supplier on-boarding methodologies, creation of supplier marketing tools and techniques, supplier engagement strategies. This role will also be responsible for providing metrics on assigned deals to help define supplier on-boarding demand and capacity management globally and associated program / portfolio management.
This will be an individual contributor role within the Global Supplier Marketing/Onboarding team reporting to a Regional or In-Country Manager.
