Position Summary
Implementation Managers are responsible for onboarding new and/or existing clients joining CVS Caremark and/or strategic products. As an Implementation Manager Analyst you will support overall implementation projects. Responsibilities include development and management of overall project plans to drive to specific milestones, risk assessment and mitigation, and effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes.
Project Management (1-3 years) Microsoft Office Tools experience (1-3 years) Strong written and verbal communication
Future travel to client meetings or onsite training may be required – 10-25% depending on specific role. Candidates required to work in Hybrid Model and expected to go onsite for onboarding and team meetings. Preference for candidates to reside in HUB locations, Scottsdale, AZ – Irving, TX – Northbrook, IL.

PBM or Health Plan experience Client implementation experience
Education
HS Diploma required bachelor's degree preferred
