Principal Duties/Responsibilities
Utilize excel skills to cross reference data across multiple files Send emails to stakeholders to request data or ask queries Support team with creating client insight reports Utilize AI tool to analyze client open verbatim feedback Assist team with updating Microsoft PBI Follow pipeline for daily tasks Ensure timely completion of tasks with accuracy Identify gaps in the processes and highlight it to the Line Manager Provide ideas and suggestions in improving the process & support the documenting of new proceduresQualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Competencies
Qualifications: Ideal: Must have a Batchelor’s degree or sufficient local level qualifications to support suitability for the role
