\n \n Job Description\n
The Client Integration Coordinator is responsible for executing and facilitating the collection and loading of new HOA account information into Associa's systems under the supervision of the Client Integration Team Lead. This is an accounting support position in a fast-paced centralized accounting services environment providing financial services to community associations throughout North America. Candidates for this position must meet Associa's credit requirements.
\n\nDuties include but are not limited to:
\n\nResponsible for coordinating the collection of new association (HOA) information from Branches and accurately entering it into all Associa systems (C3, Strongroom, and other relevant computer systems and portals) used by the CSSC.\nSupport the set up with the home office, and use of Axapta as the HOA is \"transitioned-in.\"\nAccurately input and set up all relevant information from the previous management company (i.e., owner information) including charge type, tracked items, item type, vendors, budget and financials, and other community master data, as needed.\nInitial set up of association unit types\nMaintain customer information changes.\nScan and categorize documentation into a scanning system, ensuring Branch Access storage for both CSSC and Branch use.\nProvide feedback to Branch personnel on the progress of the \"transition-in.\"\nFollow-up and pursue tasks pending from other CSSC departments or Branch personnel.\nResponsible for ensuring items are completed timely by the CSSC and executed accurately.\nResponsible for meetings with branches if problems arise or additional assistance is necessary to complete a task.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n\n Requirements\n\n\nAbility to accurately interpret contract data.\nPossesses strong interpersonal skills with professional communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills; attention to detail.\nProject coordination experience (desired).\nEvaluate, analyze, prioritize, and categorize data in various forms and formats.\nSkilled in the maintenance and control of data collection and record-keeping systems.\nProficient and knowledgeable of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.\nTime management and time-critical prioritization skills.\nFamiliarity with ERP Accounting packages (Desired).\n\n\nEducation:
\n\n\nHigh School diploma or GED required.\n3 to 5 years directly related and progressively responsible experience.\nSome training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations preferred.\n\n\n\n
