Working with an industry leading Sell Side Equity Advisory team and working closely with the Senior Sales Specialist to manage and submit Research interactions, Significant opportunities to learn, develop and work as an integral member of the CIB business team
In this role, you will:
Participate in providing one on one sales coaching within a moderately complex product line, market, or business segmentIdentify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional areaAnalyze performance trends, identify developmental needs and provide coaching techniques and recommendations to improve sales performanceAct as a business partner in providing necessary tools and resources to sales members to increase the sale of financial products and servicesPresent recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgement while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with Sales Enablement colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers
