The Client Management Support Specialist supports the needs and projects for the assigned sector leadership team, which will include up to 15 people. The Support Specialist will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining project tools to support our Medicaid growth strategy with efforts targeted to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their sector. The Support Specialist will continuously strive to increase their knowledge of GHSC (including the services offered) and the competitive landscape. Support Specialist will develop strong working relationships throughout their sector and with the other sectors to support our business goals to win, expand, and retain business.
We will count on you to:
Serves as the coordinator for the sector leadership team by implementing action plans, maintaining project plans , and monitoring our progressInterprets data through dashboard integration and the creation of tools to help inform business decisions that support our annual goals. Provides technical and transactional support for the sector, while working on multiple projects/initiatives with tight timelinesAddresses escalated issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, helps manage expectations, mitigate relationship risks and applies judgement as to when to escalate major issues to senior level colleaguesDevelops strong relationships with professional counterparts in other GHSC sectors, which includes active participation in sector meetings/events to build up a strong professional network.What's in it for you?
