Prepare Quotes, Market Reform Contracts and Endorsements (MRCs and MRCEs) and adapt these based on information received from our clients and input from the Client Executive/Broking teamsDemonstrate knowledge of process steps, procedures and standards throughout the new business and renewal process of the Broking Placement cycleSupport brokers to ensure compliance with current regulatory and company policy requirementsProvide clear direction to Technical Servicing Teams through the Work Request Form (WRF)Review and respond to queries emanating from Marsh Operations and manage these to close in a timely mannerTo liaise and coordinate with Brokers and colleagues within Cyber, Media & Technology and across the wider organisationArrange for new clients to be set up on our systems, monitor progress of on-boarding/due diligence of clients, intermediaries, and markets.Carry out research for more senior colleagues to enable them to inform client developments affecting various types of businessEffectively plan and organise workload in order to meet business timescalesSelf-motivate in order to achieve desired results with regard to team, company and annual personal objectivesWhat you need to have:
