Client Manager- Federal Government Sales

**This is a field based position. Qualified candidates must be able to make day trips to clients in Washington DC 2-3 days/ week.

About the Role

As a Client Manager your purpose is to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding channel partner relationships. You will collaborate with partners to identify opportunities, provide sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
 

Responsibilities

Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goalsIdentifying, targeting, and maximizing revenue and growth opportunitiesDeveloping solid relationships with key customer contacts and decision makersTaking responsibility for the overall health and status of the customer relationshipProviding customer feedback to internal partners regarding product or content issuesGathering customer and market insights to ensure customer needs are met and reporting against our goalPartnering with internal teams to deliver customer solutions


Requirements

Have successful sales experienceDisplay excellent business-to-business sales experienceDemonstrate proven success in negotiating contracts and closing businessDisplay previous field account management and marketing experienceHave solid communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsHave the ability to travel on occasion (estimated at less than 10% of the time)
