The Client Engagement Specialist is responsible for planning and executing campaigns that drive expansion for upsell and cross-sell opportunities as well as client retention.

 

Starting base pay for this role is between $64,800 - $81,000k. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).

 

Responsibilities

● Develop and refine marketing campaigns to drive expanded sales within existing client accounts and positively impact retention and renewals.
● Create and deploy client marketing communications, including newsletters, event communications, product communications, and feedback surveys, working in partnership with Client Engagement and additional Marketing teams as needed.
● Build and execute Marketo programs and campaigns including email, AB testing, list building/management, landing pages, and additional as needed for all client marketing-driven initiatives.
● Manage the overall client communications calendar and necessary segmentation for the Origami client base
● Analyze and report on metrics and the impact to expanded sales efforts.
● Assist Client Engagement with coordination of Client Advisory Board and other client advocacy programs, digital and in-person.
● Additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
● 3+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in technology services or hospitality
● Proven experience in email and landing page design creation; Marketo experience preferred
● Strong communication skills, internally and externally facing; experience communicating and working closely with executives
● Proven experience working in a client-facing role and supporting programs that drive awareness, expanded sales, and client advocacy opportunities
● Understanding of marketing best practices and automation, buyer personas and buyer journeys
● Experience setting goals, KPI’s, reporting, and analytics
● Excellent at multi-tasking, working with competing deadlines; excellent project management and budget management skills; excellent writing/communication skills
● Strong consultative marketing approach to effectively engage with Service and Account Executive teams
