Client Navigator | Scheduler | Float
As our Client Navigator | Scheduler | Float you will support the clinical operations and general activities in an administrative capacity answering phones and assisting clients with scheduling their appointments with providers. You will have a warm and welcoming voice that promotes healing and recovery. You will report to the Client Access Manager Location: You will be in-person, supporting our MHP facilities including, Boulder, Broomfield, Longmont, and Lafayette on a floating basis. What You Get to Do: You will support client administrative procedures for the site that includes client check-in, insurance verification and payment processes for the site. You will provide guidance to clients, visors, in person and on the phone. You will help clients with scheduling and canceling appointments, in person or on the phone. + Do you have experience with customer service in a health care setting? + Do you enjoy a collaborative environment with staff, clients, and administrative team? + Would you enjoy a client support role working with multiple professionals to ensure clients get what they need? + Are you looking for a role where you can show your organization and initiative to meet our mission and our goals? + Are you experienced with collecting payment from Medicaid?
