Client Onboarding & Service Control Execution Leader

As a Vice President within the Client Onboarding and Service Controls Execution team, you will align cross-functional support and lead governance initiatives. You will work closely with global and regional partners to integrate controls into our organizational strategy, ensuring resilience and success. Your role is crucial in promoting a proactive approach to control management, fostering a culture of trust and transparency. You will also be responsible for building out and overseeing a reporting function, ensuring accurate and timely data analysis.

In this role, you will provide expert advice on control-related matters, lead problem-solving initiatives, and deliver high-quality reporting and analytics. You will manage a mix of direct and matrix team members, helping them develop the skills needed to support our mission. Your efforts will directly contribute to reducing the business's residual risk profile and optimizing control frameworks.

Job Responsibilities

Engage with leadership and stakeholders to assess priorities.Identify and mitigate risks in product development and transformation.Prepare for audits and provide necessary documentation.Continuously improve control processes for efficiency.Share detailed reporting on control health and effectiveness.Lead data-driven decision-making and process re-engineering.Provide oversight of the control system to manage risk.Align stakeholders to build consensus and execute strategies.Deliver consistent reporting and analytics to support decisions.Manage team members to build skills and capacity.Execute control responsibilities for Product and Transformation.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience in control, risk management, or compliance roles.Knowledge of control design, risk assessment, and metrics development.Ability to lead process reviews and implement improvements.Strong analytical and communication skills.Experience with global teams and stakeholder management.Confident communicator with senior management.Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to achieve results in a high-pressure environment.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.Ability to build a culture of trust and integrity.Exercise discretion and act with urgency.

Required or Additional Information
