Client Operations Business Analyst

As a Client Support Business Analyst, you will leverage data analysis to provide actionable insights that drive operational improvements and enhance client satisfaction. You will bring value by supporting business process optimization, identify opportunities for efficiency, and ensure data integrity across systems. You will also use that data and understanding of the business to communicate Client Supports needs to internal teams, aligning operations with client needs. You will help to ensure that data-driven solutions are used to help Collective Health and Client Support meet our goals as an organization and delight clients beyond their expectations.

What you'll do: Data Analysis & Reporting: Partner with Client Ops Manger and CX Insights to support creating and delivering reporting requests to clients. Create and maintain reports and dashboards that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service delivery metrics, and operational trends. Conduct ad-hoc data analysis as needed to support client-specific requests, project evaluations, and process improvements in partnership with CH’s client performance teams.  Business Requirements & Process Improvement: Work with Client Ops Manager and other internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis and collaborate with operations teams to implement changes. Assist in the development and optimization of business processes to ensure maximum efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Client Support & Communication: Provide data-driven support to client-facing teams, helping them resolve issues, improve service delivery, and enhance client relationships. Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to clients and senior leadership, ensuring the alignment of operations with client needs. Collaborate with clients to track performance metrics and provide insights that help improve service offerings and client satisfaction. System & Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across multiple systems and platforms used by Collective Health Work with IT and other departments to ensure data is consistently updated, stored, and accessible for reporting and analysis. Documentation & Compliance: Create and maintain detailed documentation for data analysis and maintenance processes, business requirements, and system configurations. Support compliance efforts by ensuring that all data-related activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and client-specific requirements. Project Support: Assist with back end support of client onboarding, annual enrollment, and other project-related activities that require data analysis or business process evaluation. Support the implementation of new systems, tools, or client initiatives from a data and process perspective as they relate to Client Support. To be successful in this role, you'll need: Education:  Bachelor's degree in a related field such as information systems, computer science, business administration, etc.  Experience: 5+ years of experience in a data analysis, business analysis, or operations role.  Skills and Additional Qualifications:  Experience using Airtable for client implementations and renewals Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) and advanced Excel functions  Familiarity with CRM systems, data management tools, and SQL (or similar query languages) Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness in cross functional processes Experience in a client facing role Pay Transparency Statement 

This is a hybrid position based out of one of our Lehi office. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office two days per week.

The pay rate for an internal position takes into consideration multiple factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity as compared against peers.
