The Client Operations Manager - EE Navigator role is responsible for the collection, analysis and processing of client data and preparation of client invoices, vouchers, and other client-related reports.

What You'll Do Collect data by identifying sources of information and designing collection methods;Organize information by studying, analyzing, interpreting, and classifying data. Process data files received from the Client for integration with eligibility, enrollment, and billing platforms. Analyze variances between data sources and collaborate with Client Owner(s) to ensure updates to most current employee benefit and demographic information. Prepare Invoices for submission to client; Prepare Vouchers for submission to Finance for payment of benefit premiums to carriers; Prepare Client reports, including Retirement Funding reports; Perform carrier billing reconciliations (carrier bill versus benefits system). Train others regarding data sources, limitations of data, efficient ways to retrieve and transform data and best practices in managing data quality. Handle client questions with the highest degree of quality, courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues, effectively communicating plans for resolution. Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions. Complete assigned tasks related to day-to-day operations. These processes may include, but are not limited to, eligibility enrollments, systems variances reports, and carrier audits. Other duties as assigned. Travel is expected to be minimal in this role. Minimum 2 years benefits data analysis or similar experience. EE Navigator experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate Excel skills Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential compensation and financial information in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
