Client Operations Representative (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

We are looking for a Client OperationsRepresentative to join our fast growing team.  When issues arise, a Client Operations Rep will evaluate the situation, review escalation procedures, and communicate directly to Client Relations and/or to our clients.  Basic research and analysis of each situation is needed to ensure clear instructions are provided for next steps.  Support is available for more complex issues.  Client Operations Reps often handle an issue from beginning to end until a resolution has been reached.  Client Operations Reps escalate for assistance, as needed, and their work may be reviewed by more experienced teammates to ensure accuracy.  Client Operations Reps also assist in 24/7 coverage of other Broadridge departments that do not have night coverage. This is a day-shift position.

Job Responsibilities

Efficiently complete documented tasks which support internal and external client needs.Act as a liaison between Production and the Client Relations teams.Monthly reconciliation of production output to generate billing data, depending on Production site.Interact with multiple production systems to ensure client instructions are communicated downstream.Report issues/concerns during quarterlies/monthly cycles in each production location.Offer feedback on current tasks to meet our continued goal of process improvement.Complete work with accuracy above speed, and escalate if the SLA cannot be met.Evaluate basic situations, review escalation procedures, and communicate directly to Client Relations and/or the client to ensure movement of output. Request assistance as needed from higher level teammates..Build relationships with internal departments to support our clients.

Requirements:

Experience using MS Excel, Word and Outlook required.2+ years of experienceThis is a diverse team environment, so it’s important to be inclusive and support one another, as that makes us stronger.Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet client SLAs.Ability to identify and resolve basic problems and escalate as needed.Ability to follow documented procedures and provide feedback for process improvement.Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and time management and follow-up skills.
