We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Client Operations Specialist
The Client Service Specialist (Specialist) has the primary objective of assisting the Client Management Director in managing the relationships with Institutional clients invested in the strategies managed by HSBC Global Asset Management. The Specialist will also provide support to the HSBC Mutual Funds managed by AMUS and must be able to develop a sufficient understanding of the specific strategies we manage. The Specialist must be very organized and coordinated with a strong attention to detail.
The Specialist must be comfortable working in a global, diverse, multi-cultural organization with strong brand values. He/she must demonstrate an ability to successfully work with investment managers and business support teams.
Main Activities:
Day-to-day administration of client accounts within AMUS product groups, while having good understanding of the strategies we manage such as Liquidity, Emerging Market Debt, Global Credit, Short/Low Duration.Support the management of the period-end client reporting requirements and address any ad-hoc requests from clients/relationship managers.Support the preparation of client presentations as needed.Ensure the timely resolution of any client-related issue and act as a liaison between the Client and the various businesses to resolve and follow-up on any outstanding issues.Facilitate all phases of client operations and management (onboarding, adherence to AML/KYC policies and procedures, maintenance of existing accounts, closure of terminating accounts)Be a strong team player with the ability to problem solve, guide and work with HSBC professionals.If you’re looking for a career where you can make a real impression, join Global Service Center (GSC) HSBC and discover how valued you’ll be.
