We’re looking for a Client Partner to join team Snap in China! As a Client Partner, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams within Snap, as well as external partners, to grow advertising revenue in your assigned regions. The role includes managing and educating Snap’s Sales Partner and analyzing and supporting campaigns for advertisers and building Snapchat’s reputation as a world class advertising platform through local marketing activations across your region. What You’ll Do + C-level sales partner relationship management + Source, vet, & support in contract negotiations with existing and new sales partners + Onboard, train, & integrate sales partners into Snap’s advertising ecosystem (including partner with internal teams for API integrations) + Develop sales partner strategy, goals, & incentives based on regional objectives + Drive & manage sales partner pipeline & activities to reach specific goals + Coach Sales Partners to effectively deliver Snap’s narrative and product positioning, tailoring the ad offerings for best market and customer fit + Ongoing development of sales partner enablement programs + Collaborate with legal, marketing, compliance, finance, operations, & support teams to achieve overall sales partner objectives + Work with sales partners for execution on various advertising and partner events + Develop sales partner playbooks, objection handling, & pitch collateral + Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of sales partners + Streamline sales partner operations, accelerate sales partner activities, increase advertiser awareness, ensure sales partner compliance, and uplevel sales partner expertise on Snap’s advertising platform Minimum Qualifications + BA/BS degree or equivalent + 5+ years experience in media sales, media buying, partner management, management consulting, digital advertising and/or equivalent digital marketing roles + Strong knowledge of the advertising landscape + Proven track record of reaching and exceeding revenue goals + Fluency in English and Mandarin Preferred Qualifications + Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist + Specific experience in managing and enabling advertising sales partners + Strong analytical skills with a “feel” for numbers + Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape + Ability to engage and partner with C-Level/VP level sales partner executives + Ability to win the support of key stakeholders + Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environments + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Ability to manage multiple projects at once + A team player and collaborator + Passionate about Snapchat and up for the challenge of building something from the ground up If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScV7t31iR3yYR9ztGDHJpbvL63svWpb6s0afkBkLEjGnDx4Kg/viewform) .
