### About the Role As a **CPG Client Partner**, you’ll have the opportunity to build impactful and mutually beneficial advertising partnerships with some of the biggest names in the CPG world. You'll be instrumental in driving ad sales strategies across top CPG brands, expanding Uber’s ads offerings on our Mobility and Delivery platforms. Collaborating closely with our New Verticals Sales and Operations team, Ads Account Managers, and Ads Analytical Leads, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding results for our partners. ### What You'll Do - Partner closely with our New Verticals Sales team to develop and execute ad strategies that exceed your CPG partners’ marketing objectives. - Build strong relationships with key marketing decision-makers, including Directors, VPs, and C-level executives within CPG organizations. - Apply critical thinking and creative problem-solving to effectively manage partnerships and address challenges. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing—to ensure we consistently surpass our CPG partners' expectations. - Drive the adoption of our newest ad products, creatively showcasing their value to partners. - Craft compelling pitch narratives that resonate with CPG partners and contribute to team-wide success. - Embrace a flexible mindset, tackling new challenges and supporting teammates as needed. - Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to shape the future of our CPG Ads products. ### What You'll Need - At least 6 years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Sales. - Experience managing and analyzing digital ad campaigns for FMCG brands. - Proven experience working with large, complex FMCG brands and organizations. - Strong analytical skills to review results and propose data-driven recommendations (SQL skills are a plus). - Excellent communication skills, with customer-facing experience being a bonus. - Exceptional organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills. - An ambitious self-starter who enjoys challenges and continuous learning. - Creative problem-solving skills. - Speed, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset—comfortable in fast-paced environments and navigating ambiguity. - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. ![EquidadChile2020](https://uber.icims.com/icims2/servlet/icims2?module=AppInert&action=download&id=1241592&hashed=330407089) We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently.
