You Are:
An experienced Client Partner who will have the opportunity to work closely with customers and the UST Team to grow new enterprise account business for assigned accounts.
The Opportunity:
· Run senior-level client relationships · Upsell within the account · Maintain P&L for top and bottom line · Maintain customer satisfaction and the overall client relationship · Act as the CEO of the relationship between our growing global organization and our clients · Grow revenue by uncovering requirements in advance and winning business, Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual fulfillment targets of revenue and profitability. Increase market share and spread through acquiring and penetrating current and non-current customers · Ensure client satisfaction. Build long-term relationships with clients, helping them fill their needs and contributing to their growth. Identify, develop and manage new and existing customer relationships. Ensure SOWs are provided and executed in a timely manner · Partner with team in identifying top Talent to fulfill client needs. Position skills, strengths and interest areas of the resources for better align to open positions · Proactively uncover new opportunities · Ensure customer program data is updated accurately in real time. Manage and drive customer reporting, business reviews, performance reviews. Prepare and present account plans, sales plans, business updates for internal UST reviews · Prepare and present account plans, sales plans, business updates for internal UST reviews. Gain familiarity with UST financial, talent acquisition, and CRM tools as business enablersYou Will Need:
Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience At least 10 years of strong background and experience within the global delivery service model A track record you can be proud of in client relationship management, business development and sales.· Experience selling IT Solutions, Professional Services, Staff Augmentation.
· Has the hunger to grow new logo enterprise accounts for UST. Stories and examples of the times you’ve grown and managed a client P&L from < $1 million to $10+ million
· Excellent understanding and hands on experience in selling and account management. Expertise and familiarity with typical enterprise landscape - CRM, ERP, Product Engineering, Applications Management, Analytics/ BI, Digital Media, Digital Marketing
· A proven track record of increasing market share and spread through acquiring and penetrating current and non-current customers. Ability to steer customer conversations, create / develop relationships, spot new opportunities and nurture them, own and drive targets.
· At ease to navigate across the customer organization stakeholders within IT and Business
A solid background in a project environment, and application development. A reliable grasp of value articulation principals, including client ROI and appropriate storyboarding techniques. Knowledge of client context and client engagement guidelines, including organizational sensitivities to consistently look for (and find!) new solutions. Specialized understanding of industry analytics, and the ability to use trends to forecast and provide inputs within the organization to come up with right solutions Experience and understanding of Hi Tech Sector
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: San Fransisco Bay area
Compensation Range: $148,000 to $222,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
