Description
The Commercial Priority Services Specialist will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value Commercial Banking clients. In that role, the Specialist will be responsible for supporting the clients' treasury product needs and assisting with any daily banking requirements. The Specialist will also work closely with internal partners, including Relationship Managers and Treasury Relationship Managers with the goal of collectively satisfying the clients banking and treasury needs and providing world-class service.
Primary responsibilities include
Responsible for delivering best-in-class customer service for a designated portfolio of Commercial Banking clients. The CPS Specialist is responsible for owning and resolving all client inquiries, by developing a deep understanding of Commercial products and systems while building a trusted network across various departments including sales, products, relationship managers, client services and operations. The Specialist is also responsible for providing Treasury Solutions application training to their portfolio of clients as they introduce new cash management products. The CPS Specialist will focus on establishing and fostering relationships with their assigned portfolio business partners, including having regular meetings with Relationship Managers, Clients and other key business partners to discuss existing services, streamlining operational processes and resolving urgent needs. The CPS Specialist will perform root cause analysis to identify potential solutions and process improvement opportunities for recurring service issues. In addition, the Specialist will support the implementation of new solutions that will ultimately improve SLA's, decrease operational effort and improve overall client experience. The CPS Specialist will also be responsible for helping to support other colleagues' portfolios as neededQualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
2 Year's customer service experience with a background in high-touch client service. Experience in Financial Services industry, commercial cash management and loan experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Work effectively in ambiguous situations Adapt well to new and changing processes.
