Client Program Manager

HM Health Solutions Inc., headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, has a work-at-home Client Program Manager position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems; the remote worksite must be within commuting distance of Pittsburgh, PA for weekly trips to the corporate office) responsible for planning, initiating, and managing information technology (IT) projects.  Specific duties include: (i) leading and guiding the work of technical staff; (ii) serving as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects as well as assessing business implications; (iii) gathering data as well as analyzing, identifying, and problem solving from information sets; and (iv) developing client-specific requirements, standard operating procedures, functional roles and responsibilities, process flow, and user guides.

Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Management Information Science, Health Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus seven (7) years of post-baccalaureate, progressively responsible experience in a related position.

Must also have any experience with: (i) technology platform delivery (including Mainframe, COBOL, JCL, DB2, and SQL server); (ii) program/project management including leading complex systems integration initiatives; and (iii) leading business and technical consulting projects, including engaging senior leaders, defining business requirements, analyzing business process flows, developing/formulating solutions, and managing change processes.

Experience can be concurrent.

Must be able and willing to travel domestically to client locations up to 80%.
