Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a key support resource for financial professionals. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring follow-through on tasks to create a seamless and positive client experience. You will collaborate with financial professionals on market strategy and planning efforts, collect and accurately input client data, and perform various administrative duties such as completing forms, updating notes, and managing client communication. You will also assist with scheduling, maintaining client records, and promptly responding to client inquiries to deliver timely resolutions. As part of this role, you will learn and apply internal systems, processes, and compliance requirements. Over time, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of back-office operations through cross-training with other departments, contributing to your growth and versatility within the organization. Essential Duties Client Experience & Customer Service Provide outstanding customer service to ensure an exceptional client experience. Follow through on tasks and client requests promptly and accurately. Respond to client inquiries with timely resolutions. Strategic Support & Data Management Collaborate with financial professionals to support market strategy and planning efforts. Collect, input, and maintain accurate client data in relevant systems. Administrative & Operational Support Perform administrative duties, including completing forms, updating notes, and client communication (calls, follow-ups, etc.). Assist with scheduling and maintaining client records and documentation. Systems, Compliance & Cross-Training Learn and apply internal systems, processes, and compliance requirements. Expand your knowledge of back-office operations through cross-training with other departments. Education & Experience The ideal candidate would have an intermediate level of experience, typically 2+ years in an operational or advisor support role within the financial services industry. What You Bring: A proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Knowledge of the financial services industry highly preferred. Certificates & Licenses This job requires a FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and a Series 99 within 12 months. Compensation: $50,000-$60,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
