Client Relations/Communications Coordinator
RH2 is currently seeking a Client Relations/Communications Coordinator 1 in our Tacoma, WA location. This position works under the direction of the Marketing and Business Development supervisors to administer tactical duties, coordinate events, and produce digital content. With your skills you will: + Client Relations: Schedule and coordinate all aspects of attending and/or sponsoring client events and conferences. Track all aspects from beginning to end and communicate information and updates to attendees and leaders, including logistics, communications, and post-event follow-ups. + Employee Appreciation Event: Coordinate the planning, promotion, and logistics of internal events, and special campaigns, including all aspects of the RH2 Staff Appreciation Event, creating memorable experiences for employees and stakeholders. + Content Creation: Develop and produce compelling, audience-focused content for diverse marketing channels, including social media, websites, intranet, email, and print materials. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and resonance with the target audience. + Design Oversight: Collaborate with internal designers and/or agencies to create visually appealing assets. Apply an artistic eye to ensure designs are aesthetically appealing and effectively communicate key messages. Maintain templates, assets, and resources that reinforce our brand identity, and champion consistency across all touchpoints. + Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align brand strategies with overall company objectives. Take ownership of project timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams and vendors. + Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned. + What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field preferred. + 2-5 years of related experience in a professional office setting. + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proofing and editing experience are a plus. + Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to track marketing data, analyze results, manage project timelines, and conduct thorough research on past events to inform future strategies. + Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred at an intermediate skill level. + Familiarity with the following is a plus, but not required: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat. Compensation counts: RH2 has an excellent multi-component compensation package built to recognize and financially reward our employees' contributions throughout their career with the company. Individual base compensation will vary within the range of $29.00 to $33.00/hour and will be based on skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position. RH2 values our employees' work/life balance and compensates for overtime at 1.5 times the base rate for hours exceeding 40 regular hours in a work week.
