Responsible for developing establishing and maintaining extraordinary high-quality relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners. They will ensure high quality customer service and proactive work to further penetrate the client’s business with a focus on organic growth of the account. The successful Manager will play a vital role in supporting the marketing, operations, and partnership team in ensuring the retention and growth of business with the company’s most strategic clients. Essential Functions: + Ensure retention, satisfaction, and delivery of incremental revenue from expanded relationships within assigned client base. + Maintain and grow our relationship with non-profit pipeline providers to maintain a healthy flow of candidates for Pathways Learning Academy locations. + Prepare for and conduct regular, recurring (weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) client conference calls, meetings, and presentations to discuss key success metrics. + Perform financial and accounting review in partnership with accounting team – review includes budgeting, invoicing and at least annual reviews of center P&Ls and client reporting. + Triage issues or client concerns and resolve or escalate appropriately. + Ensure Learning Care Group meets contractual terms with the client, proactively prepare for contract renewals and meets all client reporting needs. + Lead internal parties in the overall client renewal process and negotiate existing contracts within an agreed upon framework. + Build client references and uncover client success stories to share with the sales team that will enhance our go-to-market value proposition and build a solid referral network + Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and expertise regarding all Learning Care Group Managed Care Solutions, with emphasis on employer sponsored onsite/near site centers. + Provide consultation on the suite of services offered by Learning Care Group including (but not limited to) employer-sponsored onsite/near site childcare, corporate partnership programs, and other early childhood education and care services. + Participate in closing process for both new and existing sales opportunities and actively contribute to contract negotiations. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Minimum Job Qualifications: + High School Diploma with some college courses required. + Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Minimum of 4 years of client relationship experience required. + Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred. + Knowledge of childcare industry or related experience preferred, but not required. Other Skills and Abilities Qualifications: + Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers. + Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. + Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal. + Proficient time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines. + Experienced in organic client growth and contract renewals. + Understanding of life cycle of an outsourced service contract and the necessary steps leading up to renewal that will increase probability of being renewed. + A background working on custom RFPs under tight deadlines preferred. Effective written and spoken communication skills, including strong presentation skills, are absolutely necessary for this role. + Able to work independently and be flexible in assignment and work hours required. + Proficient at handling difficult client negotiations and human relations issues with professionalism, respect and a high level of confidentiality when required + Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Compensation and Benefits: + Compensation based on position, education and experience.
