We currently have an opportunity for an Senior Client Relationship Executive
Overview:
Responsible for assisting the Producer in concert with the Client Relationship Manager in maintaining client relations, providing service and consultation, monitoring compliance, assisting in sales and retention and any other administrative activities required for new and existing group benefit accounts.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for client retention, building relationships with key client personnel and acquiring a thorough understanding of the client’s business, insurance objectives, and benefit programs.Responsible for the client relationship; inform the Producer regarding any issues that should be escalated from his/her perspective and provide ongoing summarized updates to Producer on client projects, issues, or concerns.Demonstrates an advanced understanding of the various funding and distribution principles of stop loss, pharmacy benefit management, and life and disability programs.Supports and guides the Account Manager in technical and daily management of client accounts including claims questions, benefits administrative issues, compliance concerns, and client requests.In collaboration with Account Manager, supports the preparation of client presentations, RFP development/analysis, benchmark reporting and supplemental sales materials for presentation to prospects and clients.Manages the planning, implementation, and carrier coordination of employee meetings for new/renewal plans. Also responsible for the completion of new business/carrier change application forms and confirmation of carrier enrollment materials.Coordinates wellness program development and implementation and engage and coordinate the HUB Regional Health & Performance lead where appropriate.Develops a strong knowledge of life, disability and leave definitions and processes.Responsible for completing a compliance review with the client, as well as provide timely legislative updates to clients. This includes researching complex compliance questions, in conjunction with Compliance Officer, when necessary.Oversees the development of client wrap documents, Wrangle 5500 dashboard worksheet submittals and follow-up with SAR/signature-ready copies to client, obtaining final 5500 copy for our files.Prepares/oversees communications, open enrollment memos, PowerPoint presentations.Responsible for implementation of Meetings & Milestones, which includes strategic planning for the year.Develops/updates the Client Stewardship report, which highlights our major accomplishments by client, for use in a client HR or CFO change in personnel.Completes Benefit Point notification forms and client termination forms to be sent to the Revenue Coordinator with effective date of changes. Also required to keep internal client lists updated as appropriate and to coordinate review of contracts and agreements.Responsible for keeping all client folders organized, with the assistance of the Account Manager, in the format approved by HUB New England.Contributes to the enhancement of client services/sales, be well informed and maintain a familiarity with industry trends.Contributes and helps, as needed, with client projects that are not specifically assigned. Being part of the overall team at HUB is integral to the position.Acts as a mentor when needed.Other responsibilities as assigned by Producer and/or Manager.Qualifications:
