Client Relationship Manager
Our client is looking for a poised and proactive Client Relationship Manager to foster long-term relationships with clients while ensuring the success of their projects. This role is ideal for a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys managing projects and acting as a trusted partner between business leaders and developers.  Responsibilities:  + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their go-to advisor. + Lead the end-to-end delivery of custom software solutions, ensuring projects stay on track and align with client goals. + Look for opportunities to expand partnerships within client accounts. + Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and designers, to ensure smooth communication and project execution. + Quickly address any issues that arise during projects and adjust plans to meet changing client needs. + Present project updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, helping drive success. Qualifications:  + 5+ years of experience in a related field. + Strong communication and problem-solving skills. + Based in the US or Canada, with minimal travel required.
