Department overview
The One JLL Client Programme is our UK client relationship management programme. It enables us to drive long-term, profitable growth through excellent client service and engagement across our UK business. The programme includes investor, occupier and public sector clients and our largest, most strategic, and highest growth potential clients across the UK.
It focuses on:
Management of our c.60 most important client relationships in the UK
Driving best practice client relationship management across the wider business
The UK CRM Team actively collaborates with a wider range of other functions including business lines, marketing, business development, client voice, research, finance and learning and development.
Role purpose
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to support on a number of key clients which form part of the One JLL Client Programme. The programme has strong leadership support and is an established programme encompassing account management, client listening, training and development, financial and activity analysis and alignment with all JLL services, sales processes and campaigns. The programme includes our most valued and strategically important investor, occupier and public sector clients in the UK.
The role will be focused on c.8 clients and will work closely with the Relationship Lead to develop the accounts and drive revenue and relationship growth. The role will suit candidates who are entrepreneurial, enjoy working on multiple ongoing projects, are adept at collaborating with colleagues across different teams, and who have experience in account management or business development.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute the account plan on nominated clients incorporating key priorities, opportunity identification, client engagement and feedback strategy and value-add activities
Be across client and business information to ensure we understand the client’s priorities and requirements, using this information to inform the client team and account plan
Reconciliation of pipeline, forecast and revenue, working with business lines and finance, ensuring Capforce/Salesforce is proactively managed and utilised to maximise revenue and pipeline
Input into business development and pursuits discussions, ensuring we understand and leverage the One JLL relationship. Undertake pursuit debriefs with the client as required
Manage the client voice programme with the Relationship Lead, collecting feedback from clients on JLL’s performance and service delivery through client surveys and independent feedback discussions
Interact regularly with the Relationship Leads and Core Team to review the account strategy, identify opportunities and ensure priorities and actions are moving forward
Work with marketing and research to drive client engagement, including managing relevant contact lists
Participate in external client relationship meetings alongside the Relationship Lead, discussing opportunities, challenges and risks with the client and driving appropriate follow up with key internal and external stakeholders
Input into programme communications and reporting and ensure that intranet pages, databases and documents are updated and maintained
Share best practice and ideas including resources and support available to Relationship Leads
