Job Title: Client Relationship ManagerJob Description
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of marketing initiatives, maintaining and strengthening client relationships, and coordinating projects to ensure successful execution. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and optimize their accounts while tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in the development of marketing initiatives, including digital ads, email campaigns, and case studies.
+ Help create engaging content for social media, blog posts, and promotional materials.
+ Monitor trends and suggest innovative ways to enhance online presence.
+ Maintain and strengthen client relationships by ensuring their needs are met.
+ Proactively monitor existing accounts to identify opportunities for optimization.
+ Assist with account follow-ups, ensuring details like contact and billing information are up to date.
+ Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
+ Conduct industry research to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
Essential Skills
+ Effective communication with clients, understanding their needs and optimizing their accounts.
+ Experience with marketing, branding, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.

+ Own the technical strategy, planning, and execution of development projects.
+ Develop high-level product specifications and oversee development to ensure consistency with initial design and requirements.

+ Analyze and translate business needs into technical solutions.
+ Provide guidance and coaching to team members to elevate technical proficiency.
+ Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure competitive edge.

Work Environment
Small office of 10. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Communication with representatives in Costa Rica and Guatemala will be required.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Miami, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
After 6 months:- 100% Healthcare Benefits ( Note: They can add Vision & Dental)- 3% 401K match- PTO and vacation days
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Miami,FL 33186.
