Job DescriptionClient Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring exceptional client experience, and performing tasks within the various login departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.Ability to assist with administrative tasks as necessary.Teamwork is the foundation of success at Eurofins CEI; We perform other tasks as needed across departments.QualificationsHS Diploma or equivalentCustomer service experience 1-2 yearsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsActive listeningClient-focusComputer literate (Office suite, Adobe PDF, CRM)Prioritization and on-time execution of tasksProcess improvementProblem-solving and solution orientationDemonstrated ability to sell solutions as a result of active listeningStrong interpersonal skills (people, social, emotional intelligence)ProactivityTeam player who can self-motivatePerforms well under pressure; thrives in fast-pace environmentGrowth mindsetAdditional InformationRequirements:
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipProfessional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in EnglishCandidates within commutable distance of our Fort Mill, SC laboratory are eligible to apply. This role will be a full time role, first shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Monday - Friday.
Salary Range: $18 - 20 an hour with benefits, PTO and company matching 401K plan
Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
