Client Reporting & Analytics Associate -

The Client Reporting & Analytics Associate will play a critical role in the Global Client Platform Group, directly supporting our Asset-Backed/CLO and Liquid Alternatives Portfolio Management teams as well as Institutional Client Coverage teams. This position involves compiling strategy-specific portfolio data and creating client materials, including client reports, market exhibits, commentary, and analytics for marketing materials (i.e. pitch books, factsheets), and portfolio reviews.
You will collaborate with Portfolio Management, Client Service, Marketing, RFP, Technology, and Legal teams to deliver client-ready materials and contribute to strategic projects across asset classes. This role offers significant professional growth opportunities, with the potential to expand exposure to investment strategies across equities, fixed income, and multi-asset classes. A strong aptitude for investment data analytics and intellectual curiosity are essential for success, particularly for Asset-Backed/CLO and liquid alternatives.
**Primary Responsibilities** :
Client Deliverables:
+ Develop and produce accurate client materials, including standard and custom reports and portfolio review presentations.
+ Complete client reporting and address client-specific inquiries regarding portfolios and strategies.
+ Assist in onboarding new clients and creating analyses for key initiatives such as fund launches, RFPs, and due diligence questionnaires.
Collaboration:
+ Serve as the point of contact for investment professionals regarding portfolio exposures, investment performance, and summary statistics.
+ Liaise with portfolio management teams to manage ad-hoc inquiries and execute small projects.
Data Analysis & Automation:
+ Collaborate with project management and IT teams to automate and enhance portfolio analysis and client reporting processes.
+ Support data integrity and ensure accurate and timely production of investment analytics packages.
**Key Requirements / Qualifications** :
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Science, or Math preferred.
+ 4+ years of experience in asset management or financial services, with a focus on asset-backed securities/CLOs preferred.
+ Strong knowledge of financial markets, with a focus on fixed income, and an interest in investment strategies.
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel (including macros and pivot tables) and PowerPoint required; experience with programming languages (e.g., VBA, SQL, Python) preferred.
+ Experience with Intex and BlackRock Aladdin is a plus.
+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present complex information effectively. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret fixed income portfolio and market data.
+ Currently studying for or interested in obtaining a CFA (or equivalent) is preferred.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
